Ta Soul Forge. It The Shade Kusarigama is a Hardmode, non-consumable Throwing Weapon crafted from Dark Matter at a Soul Forge. It throws a scythe attached by a chain that will stun foes and grant the user Shadow Dance, providing them with the ability to teleport to the cursor's position once by pressing the 
 key. The scythes will stay at the position they are at when they hit their first enemy.

lich is a strong undead boss, he is stronger than skeletron. he has 19000-20000 life. i think he should be in expert mode because he is very strong but he is in hardmode.very very strong boss.
